TMS Analysis ToolBox

TMS Analysis ToolBox is user friendly toolbox that can perform basic and advanced analysis of common transcranial magnetic stimulation based outcomes (MEP Latency/Amplitudes, Silent Periods, Recruitment Curve (Sigmoidal Fitting and AUC). Motor Control ToolBox

The Motor Control ToolBox is an interactive toolbox that can be used to assess finemotor control in participant through finger tracking protocols. The toolbox will autogenerate random amplitude sine waves at set frequencies and precision. Performance accuracy is plotted in real time. The Motor Control ToolBox is currently in beta version.
